Laura Sywulak currently holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City as well as a Master of Philosophy degree from the CUNY Graduate Center. Laura received in B.A. with Honors in Psychology from Temple University. Before entering Baruch’s doctoral program, she worked as a full-time research coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania. She is conducting her dissertation work under the advisement of Dr. Harold Goldstein, examining how having influence (or a lack thereof) over coworkers impacts relationship quality and OCB. In addition to completing her dissertation, Laura is a data analytics specialist who works with HRBPs, managers, and senior leaders to build robust methodologies for collecting organizational data, analyzing key performance metrics and delivering actionable insight to strengthen business performance.
