The Leadership, Ethics, and Creativity lab is directed by Dr. Logan Watts, an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Baruch College and The Graduate Center, CUNY. Dr. Watts conducts research studies designed to shed light on questions such as:
How do leaders influence the ethical decision making processes of followers?
What are the characteristics of effective ethics training and education programs?
Do people learn leadership skills when they consume stories about leaders?
What leadership strategies are most effective for boosting organizational innovation?
What role do leader stories play in helping people make sense of confusing events?

Student Lab Members
The LEC lab is accepting applications from Baruch undergraduates who are interested in becoming research assistants (RAs).RAs can earn 1 to 3 credit hours of PSY 5030 each semester and develop skills in running study sessions, entering data, and presenting at local conferences.
