The mission of our lab is to understand how individuals from diverse backgrounds can work together in a productive way.
Currently, we are engaged in a number of scientific and practitioner-oriented projects including:
Diverse teams studies: Laboratory, vignette-based, and field studies are currently undergoing to understand the role of diversity in teams at work.
Team trust meta-analysis: pulling articles, double coding, and meta-analyzing studies for further improving the conceptualization and operationalization of trust in teams.
Diversity training: development, delivery, and assessment of a diversity training for the Student Affairs Division at City University of Brooklyn College.
Subgroup analysis of real workers: investigating profiles of employees across industries and professions in collaboration with organizations.
