Dr. Rob Silzer served as Chairman and Keynote Speaker for the 2018 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium on “High Potential Talent: Identifying, Developing and Retaining Future Leaders” in Baltimore with over 200 professional IO psychologists.  Congratulations!  (See SIOP website for additional information.)
