I am broadly interested in workforce well-being, health and safety, employee development, and the work-life interface. I am especially interested in how features of the work environment (e.g., safety climate) extend beyond the workplace, positively influencing employees' personal lives. By examining these spillover processes I aim to understand how organizations can foster conditions that improve both workplace functioning and overall worker well-being.
