My research interests lie at the intersection of Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) and workplace inclusion, with a particular focus on the identities, behaviors, and experiences of Asian Americans in organizational contexts. Similarly, I am interested in creating and cultivating workplace policies that broaden our idea of what an employee is and how our field can be at the forefront of inclusive workplace practices.
