My research interests are broad, but are primarily rooted around leadership development, creativity in organizations, organizational design and employee attitudes. Specifically, I am interested in how factors such as leadership and creativity within organizations impact employee attitudes and experience. Currently, I am working on a project about the effectiveness of various leadership development philosophies.
