I am passionate about understanding retention and engagement for employees from historically underrepresented backgrounds. I am currently exploring themes of adversity and attrition for these populations via a qualitative interview study and my thesis, a daily diary study. I’m also interested in other factors that impact employee well-being, including job insecurity, organizational support, and work stress.
